      • Sondelli Guitars offers a limited one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner of the instrument.
      • This warranty covers any defects that arise from normal use of the product and does not include damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or wear and tear.
      • The warranty does not cover any inconveniences or loss of use during the repair or replacement period.
      • Sondelli Guitars shall not be held liable for any consequential damages arising from the sale, use, or inability to use the product.
    • Warranty Exclusions:
      • The warranty does not cover damage caused by factors beyond Sondelli Guitars’ control, such as improper storage, extreme temperatures, excessive humidity, or exposure to moisture.
      • Cosmetic issues, including surface finish, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear, are not covered under this warranty.
      • Any modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
    • Warranty Claim Process:

    RETURNS – STANDARD AND CUSTOM SHOP ORDERS
